Broccoli Cheese Scrambled Eggs

2 tablespoons butter
salt and ground black pepper
2 tablespoons milk
3/4 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
Crushed red pepper (optional)
- Place broccoli and butter into pot and season with salt and black pepper. Set to STOVETOP MED. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Beat eggs and milk in bowl. Stir egg mixture in pot. Cook uncovered 2 minutes or until egg mixture is set, stirring often.
- Stir in cheese. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper, if desired.
