Viewing recipe for
- 10 large eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Grease pot or coat with canola spray. Place all ingredients, except feta, into the pot, and gently stir to combine. Sprinkle feta on top, then cover pot.
