Why did the unit stop working during blending/is overheating?
The unit may have stalled because ingredients got stuck. Unplug the unit, add more liquid or dislodge stuck ingredients, and allow the unit time to cool down.
Additionally, the motor will automatically shut off if it becomes too warm during heavy loads. Unplug the unit from the wall and wait 15 minutes before using again.
